childhood and past tidbits
Isamu used to sneak into his parents wallets and snag their cards. Hed go to the store and return with a haul of snacks they'd hide from the nanny and replace the card
his parents knew, they caught him around the fourth or fifth time, but thought it was funny so they just let them get away with it, it wasn't too often anyways
Isamu snored, loudly. They used to share a room but Aki convinced their parents to let him get his own room by 8 because sleeping in a bunk with Isamu is like "sleeping in the middle of a concert and bank robbery in one"
He used to climb a lot of trees, fell out of one and landed in the ditch to the side, broke his arm at 9
Aki and Isamu used to read books on curses and ghost stories late into the night under tents they'd made of blankets, this way they could "prepare" for being sorcerers
Isamu had a fiance, she was a non-sorcerer who knew about sorcerer society after having been a rare survivor of a curse attack
was he supposed to have kept in contact with her? No, but they'd both been 17 and young. He proposed at 21
They were supposed to get married at 25, but he wanted to propose early since he knew anything could happen to him (how true)job interests and sorcery
Isamu had an interest in flowers, and thought he would've made a really good good florist had he not been a sorcerer. In universes where sorcery (or heroes) wasn't a thing he was a florist
Despite the love for flora, he despised finding bugs of any kind in flowers. Sheer terror.
Isamu only got into sorcerery because his parents pushed for both boys to do so once it was revealed they both had cursed techniques.
despite this, he made a wonderful sorcerer
Isamu loved knives and daggers, he used those as his main preffered cursed weapons
only commissioned a sword with Aki so they'd have matching swords to use since they worked together, he wanted a blade he could share with his brother, even if it wasn't his style,
plus, they agreed it'd be good for sparring, the blunt edge of the sword being aimed toward their enemieshobbies
